WE SET IT ALL UP
When booking with Mile High Hibachi, our team arrives fully prepared with hibachi grills, tables, chairs, dinnerware, and setup equipment to create a complete private hibachi dining experience for your guests. After the event, we also handle the clean-up so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
8 PLATE MINIMUM
To book our private hibachi catering service, we require a minimum of 8 adult plates per event. This helps us provide the full interactive hibachi experience while ensuring fresh food and quality service for every guest.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash and all major credit cards for catering and food truck orders. We also accept digital payments including Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App for added convenience.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and event reservation. Once your booking request is approved, you will receive instructions to complete your deposit payment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If notice is provided at least 72 hours before your scheduled event, your deposit may be transferred toward a future booking within 21 days. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside the required notice period.
MILEAGE FEES
Mileage fees may apply depending on the event location outside the Denver metro area. Additional travel costs will be discussed before confirming your reservation.
SETUP FEE
A standard $50 setup fee applies to all private hibachi catering events. This fee helps cover transportation, grill setup, and dining equipment preparation for your event.
